Well-known foodie and TV-star Sarah Graham  has teamed up with the UCOOK to bring some of her favourite recipes into the homes of UCOOK users. With a slew of cookbooks and TV Show Sarah Graham’s Food Safari behind her name, Sarah has been a favourite on the SA food scene for the better part of a decade.

Her passion for organic, ethically-sourced produce and her love for healthy eating makes Sarah the perfect person to create new recipes for UCOOK, and the fact that she’s already a subscriber encouraged this natural progression. To coincide with the launch of two new categories on the site, ‘Health Nut’ and ‘Easy Peasy’, Sarah has designed a series of meals which will be released over the next few months. Speaking of the upcoming project, Sarah said: “I’m so excited about this collaboration. Not only because the UCOOK team are such a brilliant bunch of people to work with, but because a passion for eating mindfully and eating well is really at the heart of what they do.”

As SA’s most popular e-food service, delivering over 30 000 meals a month, UCOOK is always pushing the envelope when it comes to collaborations and recipe creation. Some of the recipes to expect include a beef and buckwheat bowl described by Sarah as one of her “favourite speedy suppers”, as well as a “street food-inspired feast” in the form of Tandoori chicken, and the Dukkah-crusted hake with herbed millet salad (pictured).
