Time Square Casino has expanded its array of eating options with an Indian fast-food outlet, Dot Spice. The restaurant is located in the casino and will offer modern Indian cuisine with a celebration of South African heritage. The outlet is Halaal and also offers plenty of vegetarian options.
“We’re bringing Durban to Pretoria with a range of bespoke curry dishes. We’ve got the best of Durban’s diverse flavours in succulent curry dishes, served with homemade atchar and cucumber raita,” says Ruben Gooranah, Time Square General Manager.
Other items on the Dot Spice menu include a selection of classic quarter loaf with slap chips, and mini samosa pockets topped with raita and atchar.
“Dot Spice is our unique and creative spin on traditional Indian and South African curry dishes making it easily approachable and unique for all our guests with differing palates. From our classic bean and potato to our hot beef madras we are always proud to introduce new concepts that are craveable and full of flavour, and are something that we believe everyone will love,” says Adrian Vaughan, Executive Chef, Time Square.
Dot Spice is open from two in the afternoon until ten at night. “It’s very pleasing that we are able to open a new outlet during these trying times, which speaks to the support we continue to enjoy from our customers,” concludes Gooranah.
