Three Cheese and Caramelised Onion Burger

Cooking/setting time | 8-10 minutes

1 Burger Bun
40g Red Slaw – prepared
2x100g Chicken burger
30g Cheddar, sliced
25g Mozarella, sliced
30g Brie, sliced
20g Caramelised Onion – prepared
3g Rocket leaves

  • Toast the burger buns
  • Place rocket on base of bun
  • Add red slaw
  • Add first chicken burger
  • Add cheddar and Mozarella
  • Add second burger
  • Add Brie and place in oven to melt the cheeses
  • Top with caramelised onions
  • Serve with chips or wedges
