Three Cheese and Caramelised Onion Burger

1 Burger Bun
40g Red Slaw – prepared
2x100g Chicken burger
30g Cheddar, sliced
25g Mozarella, sliced
30g Brie, sliced
20g Caramelised Onion – prepared
3g Rocket leaves
- Toast the burger buns
- Place rocket on base of bun
- Add red slaw
- Add first chicken burger
- Add cheddar and Mozarella
- Add second burger
- Add Brie and place in oven to melt the cheeses
- Top with caramelised onions
- Serve with chips or wedges
