Renowned Chef Reuben Riffel will be showcasing his skills on the opening day of this year’s Food & Hospitality Africa powered by Hostex. From humble beginnings in Franschhoek, Western Cape, where he first discovered his passion for cooking, Reuben has enjoyed success as a restaurateur, TV host, and author. This philanthropic chef is a celebrated and respected member of the restaurant/hospitality industry.
“It is an honour to host Reuben this year, and we can’t wait to find out what surprises he has in store for us” says Nick Sarnadas, Event Director for Specialised Exhibitions trade show, Food & Hospitality Africa taking place from 7 to 9 May at Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand. “Having someone as well-respected as Reuben participating in the show this year speaks volumes in terms of the value Food & Hospitality Africa, which is powered by Hostex, holds within the industry,” Sarnadas continues.
This trade show boasts a range of features including an improved Tea & Coffee Africa, with the addition of The Drinks Cabinet and Contract Furnishing Africa to the show’s five-shows-in-one menu. These new shows provide the perfect showcase for a selection of local and international exhibitors, offering products and services relevant to all facets of their market sectors.
Chef Reuben will be demonstrating his signature dish at The Skillery at 14h00 on Sunday, 7 May but make sure you spend the day experiencing the industry’s largest show alongside him as he spends the day exploring everything Food & Hospitality Africa powered by Hostex has to offer.
