Restaurant Mosaic at the Orient Boutique Hotel, headed up by Chef Chantel Dartnall, has recently reopened their doors after being closed for the full duration of lockdown. And clearly the team has been spending their downtime well! The new menu is called Nasturtium and, fittingly for spring, showcases Chantel’s signature brand of botanical cuisine.
