Restaurant Mosaic at the Orient Boutique Hotel, headed up by Chef Chantel Dartnall, has recently reopened their doors after being closed for the full duration of lockdown. And clearly the team has been spending their downtime well! The new menu is called Nasturtium and, fittingly for spring, showcases Chantel’s signature brand of botanical cuisine.

Spring Pasture | Free Range Lamb, Ratatoulli, Herb Jus

Rungis Market | Abalobi Catch of The Day, Nasturtium Cream, Dill Velouté

Le Lapin | Rabbit Loin, Spelt Salad, Country Terrine

“Blink-Blaar-Wag-‘n-Bietjie” | 36 Month Matured Charles Arnaud Comté, Bees Wax Honey Cream, Pumpkin Seed Granola Dessert
