The Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane, a vibrant, upper midscale hotel in the heart of Limpopo’s Polokwane, recently welcomed Chef Stuart Hatton-Jones as its executive chef. We found out more about the chef and his journey to the hotel.

From Klerksdorp in the North-West Province of South Africa, Stuart Hatton-Jones was inspired by his brother who introduced him to the magic of food. Chef Stuart began his chef career in 2003 as a training chef at a catering company and after eight months was promoted to Chef de Partie. In 2007, Chef Stuart ventured into the world of hotels where he was introduced to a heaven of culinary delights. His attention to detail and passion led him to the Sous Chef position when he joined Hilton Hotel Durban in 2012. Three years later, Chef Stuart joined California Dreaming, a 360-seater restaurant as Executive Sous Chef.

In 2017, Chef Stuart relocated to Limpopo’s capital city as he secured his first role as Executive Chef at the vibrant and contemporary Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane.
