Spruce up your breakfast offering with this easy-to-prepare breakfast or brunch drink with mascarpone and orange blossom water. If you’re not keen on orange blossom water, or if you don’t have any to hand, you can substitute with any flavour of your choice such as vanilla, rose water or melted white chocolate.

Mascarpone and Orange Blossom Sip
Serves 4


200g Mascarpone
100ml double cream
30ml white sugar
5ml orange blossom water
250ml crushed Ice


In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into suitable glasses and serve with a straw.

Chef’s tip

  • To enhance the flavour of the orange blossom, serve confit slices of orange peel on the side.
  • The orange blossom water can be substituted for any flavour of your choice: rose water, vanilla extract or even melted white chocolate.
