Known for its French inspired cuisine with a South African influence, La Mouette’s new spring menu developed together with culinary advisor Chef Neill Anthony, is now available to the public. The five-course tasting menu includes dishes such as Tuna Tartare with fennel mousse, radish salad, Tom yum vinaigrette; Fresh Spring asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, crispy onions; Slow Braised Karoo lamb neck with Harissa yogurt, peas, broad beans, feta, mint; and Mango parfait with coconut sorbet and coconut crumb. The cost of the 5- Course Spring Special Tasting Menu is R350, R650 with wines.
