150g Lemon and Black Pepper Schnitzel
Lemon slice
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Place the Schnitzel on a greased tray and cook for 12-15 minutes – until fully cooked
- As the schnitzel comes out the oven, squeeze fresh lemon over the schnitzel
- Slice the Schnitzel neatly into slices
To Plate:
Place the sliced Schnitzel on the plate and serve with sautéed new potatoes and ribbon vegetables
