Crumbed Lemon & Black Pepper Schnitzel Slivers with Sautéed Potatoes and Ribbon Vegetables

150g Lemon and Black Pepper Schnitzel
Lemon slice

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Place the Schnitzel on a greased tray and cook for 12-15 minutes – until fully cooked
  • As the schnitzel comes out the oven, squeeze fresh lemon over the schnitzel
  • Slice the Schnitzel neatly into slices

To Plate:

Place the sliced Schnitzel on the plate and serve with sautéed new potatoes and ribbon vegetables
