This classic French onion soup from the Constantia Glen kitchen features on the menu of their tasting room and is a real crowd-pleaser. The team suggests pairing with the Constantia Glen THREE 2017, a classic blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon that stands up well to the beefy flavours and caramelised onions of the soup.
