Orley Chocolate Swiss Roll with Orley Caramel Spread & Orley Whip

- 4 Eggs
- 105g Castor sugar
- 24g (60ml) Corn flour
- 24g (60ml) Cocoa powder
- 36g (60ml) Flour
- 2g Salt
- 4g Baking powder
- 100g Orley Caramel Spread
- 100g Orley whip
- 20g Icing Sugar
Method:
- Line the swiss roll tin with silicon paper
- Whisk the eggs and sugar to the ribbon stage
- Sift all the dry ingredients together
- Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture
- Pour into the lined baking tin
- Bake for 7 minutes at 200°C
- Once cooked turn out, cut sides and roll up in a damp cloth
- Once cooled unroll and fill with desired fill with Orley Caramel Spread and Orley Whip, whipped up with icing sugar
