Ingredients:
  • 4 Eggs                                                            
  • 105g Castor sugar
  • 24g (60ml) Corn flour    
  • 24g (60ml) Cocoa powder         
  • 36g (60ml) Flour                       
  • 2g Salt
  • 4g Baking powder
  • 100g Orley Caramel Spread
  • 100g Orley whip
  • 20g Icing Sugar

Method:
  1. Line the swiss roll tin with silicon paper
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar to the ribbon stage
  3. Sift all the dry ingredients together
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture
  5. Pour into the lined baking tin
  6. Bake for 7 minutes at 200°C
  7. Once cooked turn out, cut sides and roll up in a damp cloth
  8. Once cooled unroll and fill with desired fill with Orley Caramel Spread and Orley Whip, whipped up with icing sugar
