- 24 peeled, pitted litchis
- 30 g Watercress (or rocket)
- Parmesan shavings
- Pomegranate reduction
Method:
- Arrange the Prosciutto, litchis, and watercress on plates.
- Scatter with parmesan shavings and drizzle with pomegranate reduction.
- Serve with crusty bread.
