Stephen started his career with the Forte Group in the UK after completing hotel school. After six years with the company, he joined the Southern Sun Group, moving from Operational Management into Human Resources.
Arthur is South African and a graduate of the Johannesburg University School of Tourism & Hospitality. He has also studied at Cornell University in the States on several occasions completing Cornell’s first Advanced Management Program.
Brendon has more than 15 years' experience as a service professional, which includes a variety of positions in local and international organisations in the hospitality and events industries.
Trained through the Southern Sun Group, Andrew is currently the Executive Chef at the Michelangelo Hotel in Sandton, as well as Head Director of Competitions for the South African Chefs Association (SACA) and is an accredited World Academy of Chefs Societies (WACS) judge.
