8 – 12 mint leaves
1 tsp. castor sugar
Half chopped lime
1 shot light rum
1 shot Butlers Strawberry liqueur
Splash with soda

Mixologists help: If you do not have a crushed ice machine, place cubed ice in a clean cloth and hit hard with a muddle stick or mallet to make crushed ice.
You can muddle with any long round object, like a small rolling pin or a pestle.
You may also muddle in some chopped strawberries to your strawberry Mojito to add flavour and texture. This may work with any fruit as long as it matches the liqueur.
