Audiotech was founded in 1994 in Johannesburg, and the operation quickly grew in experience and ability through successful completion of many specialised projects including Stadiums, Casinos and Shopping Centres.

In particular, through an ongoing relationship with the health and fitness industry, the company developed an intimate understanding of the industry's audiovisual requirements, and secured a range of audio and entertainment products to service the unique needs of this rapidly growing market.

In September 1999, Audiotech Incorporated was formed, to place the trading operation into a registered company, with Stephen Bricknell remaining the sole shareholder and director.

Since its inception in 1992, AUDIOTECH has become established in the field of design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of professional sound systems in Clubs, Retail outlets, Shopping Centres and Stadiums.

We have acquired specific knowledge, skills and resources in providing our services to nationally represented corporate clients; we have established relationships going back many years with,among others, Mass Discounters (Game, Dions and Makro), Virgin Active Health Club Group, Liberty Life Properties and Sun International.

Our long experience in installed sound systems, coupled with our broad knowlegde of available products, enables us to offer a unique design,supply and install service for even the most complex audiovisual installation, anywhere in Southern Africa.

We are continually involved in research and development to ensure that we remain in touch with the latest technology in our field.

We have recently made major breakthroughs in integration of AV installations with IP technology, where audio systems can be remotely controlled from a PC via a LAN, and audio distributed over an IP infrastructure.
